Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of themilkshaker.com and our email list. Using the site means you accept them.

1. Who we are

MilkShaker Inc., a company developing a nursing bra with embedded massaging technology for mastitis, clogged duct and milk production support. In these terms “we” and “us” mean MilkShaker Inc., and “the site” means themilkshaker.com.

2. Nothing here is medical advice

This is the most important term on the page. MilkShaker is designed to ease discomfort and support lymphatic flow. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent mastitis or any medical condition. Everything on this site, including the resource library, is general information: it is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan, and reading it does not create a clinician–patient relationship with anyone.

Decisions about your health belong with a qualified clinician who can actually examine you. If you have a fever, spreading redness, or breast pain that is worsening or not improving, contact your physician, midwife or lactation consultant. In an emergency, call 911. Do not delay getting care because of something you read here.

3. The product, and the price

MilkShaker is in development and is expected to ship in Spring 2027 at a launch price of $399. The site does not sell anything today, takes no payment and accepts no orders. Joining the early access list creates no order and no payment obligation, in either direction.

Descriptions of the product — materials, sizing, how it works, and the launch price — describe what we currently intend and may change before launch. If the launch price changes, the discount you have earned under section 4 applies to whatever the launch price then is.

4. The referral discount

We will honour the discount you earn. These are the terms of it:

  • Each friend who joins the early access list through your referral link takes 5% off your own price at launch. Prices shown on the site are rounded to the nearest dollar; the discount itself is 5% of $399 per referral, so fifteen referrals is $99.75 rather than exactly $100.
  • The discount caps at 75%, which is fifteen referrals. Referrals beyond fifteen do not reduce it further.
  • Every referral counts from the first. There is no threshold you have to reach before any of it applies.
  • The discount attaches to the person who earned it and to one purchase of one MilkShaker. It is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with another offer.
  • Referrals must be genuine sign-ups by different people. Duplicate addresses, addresses you control, automated sign-ups and anything else designed to inflate a count do not count, and we may remove a discount obtained that way.
  • One early access place per person.
  • Joining closes on 14 October 2026. Referring does not: once you are on the list, your referrals keep counting until launch.
  • If we ever have to end the programme early, we will tell the list first and honour whatever has been earned up to that point.

5. The welcome kit

Everyone who joins may choose one of the four welcome-kit items, free, while supplies last. It is first come, first served and the item you choose is not tied to how many people you refer or where you are in the queue.

Separately, the 25 people with the most referrals when joining closes on 14 October 2026 will receive all four items instead of one. The full set is worth about $65. Counts are taken at that closing date, and only referrals that meet the conditions in section 4 are counted: duplicate addresses, addresses you control and automated sign-ups are removed before the ranking is worked out. We will tell the people who have won.

The form does not ask for a delivery address; once joining closes on 14 October 2026 we will email you for one and post the item from there, so it does not wait on the product shipping in Spring 2027. If we cannot reach you, or we do not get an address back, we cannot send it. The items are made by other companies; we are giving them as a gift and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for those makers. If an item runs out we will offer a substitute of similar value or, if you prefer, nothing at all.

6. The resource library

Our resource library summarises published sources and links out to them. We try to represent them accurately and to cite them so you can check, but we do not control those sources and cannot guarantee they are current. Where a summary and the underlying source disagree, trust the source.

7. Other people’s sites

We link to external sites, including clinical and research sources. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.

8. Our content

The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to MilkShaker Inc. unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to read it, print it and share links to it. Please do not republish it as your own or use our name or logo to suggest we endorse something we do not.

9. What we do and do not promise

We take reasonable care over what we publish, but the site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or that the information is complete or current for your situation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on anything in it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights.

10. Changes

We may update these terms, and the date above will say when. If the change is significant we will say so on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts there.
